Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 6–12 days from dispatch.
Shipping costs: Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders below that are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking & issues: You'll receive tracking by email once shipped. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email barkwellinfo@gmail.com. BarkWell isn't responsible for carrier delays or for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
